This time the chicken and turkey were not very good quality. In the past it's always been very good. The polish sausage and the sides were good. I do not blame the employees or the restaurant. I see it as a more complex supply chain issue of restaurants being forced to cut corners.

First time eating here in about four years. I would not recommend. Went at four in the afternoon. Waited for 30 minutes raved to my husband about this place only to be terribly let down. Meat was horribly dry and tons of fatty cuts. Wrong sides provided and no bbq sauce in bag until I inquired what was taking so long. Some cuts will have fat, but this was excessively gross to bite into. Throwing out the rest of the food. It was disgusting. The bbq sauce doesn't even taste as flavorful as it used to. Super expensive. My former employer used their catering and it was always exceptionally good and moist. Employees were cursing and complaining about their job in front of customers. Catering order was going to receive the previous days leftovers. That was a priority before the client in front of them. I get short staffed and other issues after Covid but flavor and upholding the brand someone put their sweat and tears in provides a paycheck. If you don't like your job and it reflects in your service then choose another that makes you passionate.

As a customer, and a dasher, Aaron was super helpful and had exceptional customer service! Made everything very smooth and low stress after a failed online transaction / order I placed that never went through. Best customer serviced i have experienced in a while... Spent amount $91.00 including a forced tip we had to leave to place a online order to get home and find that we were missing stuff. I did ask before leaving if the sauce was in the bag because of the reviews I had read. The response from the lady at the counter exact words were yes, everything is in there. I guess I should check myself. Had to send my husband back to get all the missing stuff. Such a horrible experience and a absolute waste of $91.00. We will never return to this store or will never recommend anyone to go there.

The best way to describe Dickey's is... it's the "fast food" of BBQ places. The prices aren't too crazy, the menu changes from location to location. Be it pricing, or actual menu items. And certain locations don't accept corporate coupons. The rewards program isn't bad but they definitely aren't the place to go if you want great BBQ. If you want something amazing go to Smok or Sugarfire... but if you're looking for a quick brisket Mac for lunch this is the place for you!

Absolutely terrible, ordered frito pie and they only sent Fritos, neither of the sides were included. Also ordered a two meat plate with two sides, they sent the meat and no sides. We ordered 5 corn muffins, not including the ones which were to be included with our order, and we received one. No barbecue sauce. You should change your name to dickeys pit, you are not a barbecue place. Even told them all this, they were so kind as to refund 15 dollars out of a 50 dollar order, when it should have been at LEAST a 30 dollar refund. Thanks a lot you terrible restaurant

Went in to order the pulled pork sandwich, the guy pulls off a chunk of meat. It looked small so I asked him what do they weigh their portions out at, he says a quarter pound. I said ok cool, so what is the weight of that chunk he said 2.25 I said hold up bruh, if you do a quarter of a pound that would be 4oz. He says well I was told to do 2.25 so if you want 4oz I’m gonna have to charge you extra for that. I said you do know that’s wrong right? He says yeah, but that comes from the owner so I have to follow procedure. I asked for a corporate number he says we are a franchise not corporate. I asked him to have the owner contact me about this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else… Crickets

The service here was fast but the girl behind the counter was condescending when I gave her my name while picking up and online order. Like other Dickeys locations I've noticed a distinct difference between ordering in the store and ordering online or on the app. When ordering in store the food size, appearance, and quality are much different. In store, when I order a pulled pork sandwich, the meat is piled high, the bun is fluffy and has a more pleasing look and feel to it. Ordering online or on the app the same sandwich appears to be less meat and the bun is squished flat. I have to pry the top bun off in order to add condiments and/or bbq sauce. I've noticed this while ordered at home and driving to the location or even ordering from the location parking lot, waiting a few mins and then entering the store. Otherwise everything else is good and always love the free ice cream that everybody gets with every meal but the cones here tasted stale.
