Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered boneless wings 2 weeks ago and called because they weren’t even completely coated. I even asked for extra sauce so this wouldn’t happen. This happened again the following week as well when I ordered through Uber eats for the entire family. If I wanted chicken nuggets and sauce I would have gone to Wendy’s. Buffalo Wild Wings is about the sauce and tasty chicken but not here. Manager said they would reimburse me for my order and it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. Called and was told they needed ticket number and gave that to them and still nothing. When I have gone in to eat the staff is always rude and only tends to the guys who are with me. Apparently this tends to be a trend here from what I’m reading. This location has not impressed me and I will make the extra drive to the other locations near by that don’t have this ongoing issue.

Got to love the hot wings. Though on our visit they were out of burgers they were out of hot wings they were out of brisket/barbecue as well as particular beers for my accompaniment of family. Still we enjoyed our visit. There are many TVs to watch. I enjoyed hockey,basketball,UFC fighting,and football, sitting in one spot. Food was delicious as I could have more than likely ate another serving. Staff was very friendly and willing to one's calling..... Recommended.

Ordered online at 12:15am (closes at 1am) and app said food wouldn’t be ready until 10:30am next morning, so drive up to restaurant, I talk to manager, he was super cool everything, got my order through. The reason why low stars is, even after all that trouble they didn’t have cheese curds (had prepaid), so had to settle for mozzarella sticks, and They gave me boneless wings when I had ordered traditional. Would have left 1 star, but left it at 2, only because of the managers friendliness, however my whole order was just messed up and not worth $19. I essentially paid $20 for some fries in a tiny box as they boneless wings taste horrid and mozz are cold. Wing cave sounds good right about now….

We are visiting the area from Dallas, TX for a wedding and stopped here for lunch today and while our waitress was very nice the food and quality control are horrible. All 12 of use had extremely cold food and 2 of us ordered the brisket sandwiches, they had almost no meat and the meat it did have was all fat. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it was really that bad that I couldn’t not say anything.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible. I have ordered from this location many times and have never gotten my order correctly or not had a problem with my order. My last order I ordered the Tailgate special showed up and was informed they burnt my pretzels and had to remake them. They proceeded to forget about me, I sat for nearly an hour checking in with them every 15 minutes. Then after they finally realized my order was complete they gave me my food. Got home and all my food was cold most boxes were nearly soaked through. Better yet the pretzels were still burnt, and didn't get the dipping sauces. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I will take the time to go the the Westminster or North Thornton location until I use up my 5000 loyalty points. Then I will stop using this chain and start going to Hooters.
