Excellent pub serving a wide range of food covering all dietary requirements. We ordered vegan food and they noticed we had ordered the none vegan mash. Quite rightly they checked to see if it was a mistake (it was). Excellent service and good attention to detail. Wednesday is quiz night which was

This is a review on the restaurant, as we didn't stay in the hotel.
We ate in the roomy conservatory, the pub manages to preserve a beautiful traditional stone built exterior, with a modern smart interior with pristine facilities.
Service was excellent from the team.

Had afternoon tea here on Saturday afternoon. Beautiful location and setting. Afternoon Tea was excellent, nice to see savoury items instead of all sandwiches. Staff polite and helpful. Looks like a good place to stay as well.
Located in a most beautiful area, we've visited this restaurant several times. Food is reliably good, and the service is friendly and kind. Will come again. Would very much like to try the spa.
Had the Sunday carvery yesterday with some friends and it was FAULTLESS, choice of 4 meats, I had turkey and beef and both were delicious, others had the gammon and pork and were equally pleased, all the veg was hot, lovely setting, staff were pleasant and chef was very friendly too.
