The Bull Inn - Ticehurst - Photo album

Great choice items on the Sunday menu. Usual + a selection of Roast meats and pudding. A reasonable selection of ales and wines the ale i chose was excellent, apparently the pub is tied to the brewery. Fine day and outdoor seating was also available Luckily we had booked as it was busy.
Lovely pub in a great location. Really enjoyed our time in the large garden in the glorious sunshine. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Tasty beer at very reasonable prices. Wanted to give a 5 star but food is poor. Ordered beef roast and it was so tough like chewing gum. Replaced for another d
Visited for a late lunch, very accommodating staff and happy for our dogs to visit as well (we unfortunately didn't get round to trying the doggy ice cream). Food was ordered and brought quickly well prepared and very tasty, happy to swop the fries with my burger for salad. Would recommend.
Stopped here for lunch after renting cycles at Bewl Water and going around the lake. It’s perfectly located at the middle of the ride which will take you 45-1h15 depending on your speed. We booked but there is plenty of space, especially if the weather is good. The interior is very cute and nicely d
Came here for a Saturday dinner and wow! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, the location is wonderful and the pub itself a historical gem. And that’s before you get to the food. A rainy day with a local ale sat next to the lovely roaring fire is about as good as it gets. I couldn’t recommen
Lovely little country pub we stopped in during a walk. Nice, calming atmosphere, very attentive staff, and the food was delicious and very prompt! highly recommend if your in the area
I have not stayed here overnight, so i couldn't comment on that, but I've been coming here for years, and it's very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. Location and actual pub, perfect. Beautiful location, and they are very dog and child friendly 😊
The only thing that let's it down, the food is only above average. Everything else is excellent, the staff are amazing, the building is fantastic, the outdoor seating is more than adequate. Great job guys.
Fab pub, lovely building with great atmosphere. The food was excellent and not over priced. We will definitely visit again. Only downside seems to be limited amount of parking.
Really good country pub, nice food, nice atmosphere, There was only one disappointing thing, they only serve UHT milk, we did ask for standard milk they did not have any , and said they only keep UHT. ☹️. so for my partner who likes a cup of coffee after a meal and for myself I like a cup of tea tha
Fabulous old pub . Really good food and excellent service . All the staff were very friendly and professional. Look forward to going again.
Nice country pub, can only comment on the food (salmon, mussels, crushed potatoes) which I thought was great.
One of the nicest pub burgers I've had in a long time! Good garden, lovely staff - all round excellent
Stunning location Lots of parking Kids play area Excellent outside seating with shade from the sun A warm greeting from the man with the moustache
The Bull has been a favourite local of mine and my father, probably grandfather as well, before me. Then my son in more recent years. Never disappoints, beautiful old country pub. Great staff, good food nice atmosphere. Everything a proper pub should be.
Lovely old pub in a great location. Good food, great outside space , play area for children.
So middle of nowhere, busy....what more does that say....great food, great service and comparatively cheaper that others in the area but same quality food. There is no b&b unfortunately because after the meal there is a lovely fireplace to park your cheese and close your eyes 😄 brilliant find
Lovely location for a lunch, great food and service. Will definately be going back!
