Used the drive through and the order was fast and the staff friendly.
I couldn’t see her name but the lady at the second window at 20:27 3/5/2023 I’ve seen multiple times and is always lovely to see she’s genuinely lovely, I’d die for her :)<333
Friendly staff as always, the delivery drivers now take up an area of the restaurant which can be frustrating on busy days

Went in to order, kiosk was quick and efficient, was a slight wait for food but when it did turn up it was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.
We use this branch almost daily now. The morning team are a wonderful bunch of people and work extremely hard to cater for their customers both in the resturant and via the drive-thru. Always a pleasure to pay them a visit. We'll done McDonalds Tilbury.
Manager is really polite and professional. Food took a while but you can understand as I think they where short staffed. Toilets and sitting area is really clean. Always a cleaner in the sitting area making sure the tables r clean. Can get busy sometimes after 8
Went in the drive through service is very fast & good. Although we didn't get any tissues, with our meal which was disappointed. But never mind overall good drive through service
Visited on a Sunday in September 2021. Food was slow to come out, but the staff were helpful and friendly. Toilets and dining area were clean. We dined in and the air-con was on full whack so we had to get our jackets from the car, the outside temperature was actually higher than the restaurant. Slo
