Had a lovely lunch here today. The atmosphere was nice and I think it has been updated recently, which made it feel cosy. The service was friendly and prompt. The menu had a good selection and the prices were reasonable. I had the battered cod and chips, which were delicious. The people I was with also enjoyed their meals. For 3 main courses and 3 drinks it came to about £35

Nice atmosphere, good food (average lemon meringue pie) and good prices. Attentive (but thankfully, not overly so) staff who repeat your order back to you to rule out any mistakes. Will go back again. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Staff were a delight, food was hot and delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The only thing that could fault this place would be the price. It's a bit pricey for what we recieved which would put us off coming more often, its good for a once in a while place to eat but couldnt afford to go once a week.

Can only praise the manager/owner who was lovely despite a complaint about food which was professionally dealt with to her great credit. My wife and i will definitely revisit.

Better than expected. We didn't have a high expectations of food but the food was delicious! And fair priced however the service.was extremely slow.

Had a lovely lunch today. First visit and it is a very nice restaurant. Staff are very helpful & respectful to diners. Only suggestion is for smaller portions for adults who can't eat too much, will save on wastage. Will definately be back & recommend to family & friends x
