The Red Lion - Tingewick - Photo album

We have just enjoyed a really delicious Sunday lunch. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Thank you Tim and Susanna and your team!
Delicious birthday lunch. Home made chicken and mushroom pie, steak and chips. All cooked beautifully. Sticky toffee pud and custard very good quality. Staff very friendly, service great. Thoroughly recommend this pub.
We visited this pub last night to meet friends and enjoy an evening meal. The Red Lion is an attractive village pub and the landlady gave us a very warm welcome. With a traditional interior of low beamed ceilings strung with fairy lights, there was a very friendly atmosphere, good range of drinks a
Came in for a quick pint. Upon entering, Iwas greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After a quick drink the staff persuaded me to stay for one more.....................4 hours later I crawled out on my hands and knees with face ache from the constant laughter. The staff were fabulous, laughing at m
Just the sort of pub I like - quiet, country location, not too fancy inside, great food and friendly staff. The management were very accommodating when we needed to switch tables before the booking because a dog was coming. No fuss. Recommended.
Lovely meal and atmosphere, nice varied small Sunday menu, the food came out piping hot and puddings were 👌 Will definitely be coming back.
Staff were great, even though we were those annoying 'just passing so we'll just have a soft drink' customers. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is all the soft drinks were the sugar free variety. Would be nice to still have the unhealthy choice because if you're a business serving alcohol th
Arrived no reservation for Sunday lunch. They were fully booked but squeezed, us in. Food was outstanding great service. Loved it
Very cool little pub. Wonderful staff, all happy to help even with our complicated requests. Food was of a very good quality and everyone in the group (including the kids) left empty plates, which is always a good sign. They catered for all our allergy requests (1 no dairy and 1 glutin free). To top
Went to stop there today for lunch but it's currently closed until further notice
We went here last night for our wedding anniversary, The food was really nice & generous portion sizes at a really good price, really friendly atmosphere & definitely would come again spot on
Just had a superb roast dinner with good hearty portions. We enjoyed every last mouthful Staff were delightful. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Nice rustic village pub, good food, friendly staff.
Nice local pub. Food well-prepared and tasty. Was a little surprised that sides like chips were additional. Was happy to be able to choose a baked potato as a side. Was oddly not very busy for a Saturday evening. Enjoyed the blush cider.
Loved going to my "local" when I lived at Finmere Airfield for 6 months. great hospitality and always welcomed as a friend. Great food great beer, and great service. Gifted us a couple London Pride pints glasses when we left for over seas. Would love to come back some day. Cheers from Canada!
