Had a takeaway for collection a few days ago.. Mind Blown!! First let me say that my missus is very very picky when it comes to Indian food, but her, my 3 kids and I enjoyed it every bit of it. Chicken Tarka was on a different level (highly recommended). Despite how many different drivers I saw rushing out with food, a meal for 5 people was prepared in super fast time so no extra waiting around. 10% discount for the collection really helped the wallet as every little helps these day! Ray offered some entertaining conversation while waiting and is truly a credit to the place, as is his lad. Truly a Gem in Tipton! Highly recommend 5 stars all the way. Thank you

My vindaloo was very tasty and my friends enjoyed their Rogan and Chicken curry, chips where also nice and I really enjoyed their garlic naan

Absolutely beautiful, the best curry I’ve had.. would highly recommend , the best curry takeaway in Tipton. The food come piping hot, and the curries we had were spot on. Also the kebab platter for 2 was amazing.

Food was delivered exactly on estimated time.
I find salads to be a good indicator of a restaurant's quality. It's a cheap and easy item to prepare using fresh ingredients - there's absolutely no excuse for anyone to get it wrong yet so many restaurants neglect this item and serve up salads that are of low standards. The Prince Balti is not one of them. The salad I got with my food had a fresh texture and tasted fresh; from the tripe tomatoes to the crisp lettuce.
The bhuna could have done with a little more flavour, however, it wasn't overpowered with unnecessarily mixed spices like many restaurants serve up. I was somewhat disappointed with the bhuna - a thicker sauce and more concentrated flavour would have secured a fifth star rating from me.
The Biryani would have benefited from a touch more salt but I appreciate we live in a world where we are trying to reduce salt in foods - it's something diners can add easily to their individual taste. I cannot fault the biryani.
If you prefer your curries to be mild and not overpowering I'd recommend this restaurant. If you're after something with more kick, maybe try something other than the bhuna (I don't like too much chili and most places seem to think spicy = chili so i avoid takeout food that is described as spicy- i do not know how The Prince Balti does it's spicy dishes so cannot comment on that... perhaps call the restaurant up if you are concerned).
