Absolutely amazing food. Great selection of wines that pair very well with corresponding dishes. Visited twice now and it was quiet on both occasions, hence 4* for atmosphere, but awesome food, fesh ingredients cooked in front of you. Cannot fault it.

Some of the negative reviews on here appear to refer to the old carvery rather than the new 7 spices restaurant and in no way reflect our experience. We were a party of four and had dinner, the restaurant itself is fresh and modern with a nice atmosphere. You can see what's going on in the kitchen, which looked very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic, fresh and tasty, probably the best Indian ever. Can't recommend enough, will certainly be back.

Service was really good. And food was also really good, as someone who doesn’t like spice they give you an option of how spicy you would like your curry.

New owners who now specialise in Indian cuisine. The restaurant has been refurbished & now has a very pleasant & friendly atmosphere. Food & service very good indeed. Will make it our favourite spot for Indian food!l

We had an excellent meal and the service was excellent too. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quiet on the Tuesday that we were there, but hopefully people will soon ding this gem!

This was our first visit to this fairly new restaurant - we were told they're nearly one year old after closing as the New Times.

Best authentic Indian food in whole of East Anglia, the Satin special Butter chicken reminds you of New Delhi. And lovely service and staff. Absolutely smashing.

If you are looking for authentic Indian flavors then 7 Spice in Tiptree is the place for you. Beautiful restaurant, best Kadai paneer, Malai kofta, Dal Makhni, Dal Tadka, Corn karari tikki, soya chap are a few dishes that I've absolutely enjoyed. Very kind and friendly staff, their hospitality is world best. A must go to place!!!

We went to the restaurant based on word of mouth; the food is phenomenal North Indian cuisine. Supa authentic food and brilliant ambiance. This is indeed a missed jewel that this part of the country needed. Lovely Indian cuisine ( we ordered : dal makhani, butter chicken, mutton biryani, malai kofta). Can’t wait to visit the place again.

Went in to dine in as a family of four. The whole experience from start to finish is great. The staff was friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. We are definitely coming back.
