Cheap and good quality items, good for a lot of occasions and lovely staff who are so helpful! (And reminded me of my student discount) and we're also very kind when I went another time and broke a mug getting the wheel of the trolley caught in the lift down (so watch out for that)

Served by a very helpful woman who researched frame sizes for me. Also bought a hand towel. Was surprised at the quality, design and price of my purchases. A pleasantly laid put store which is full of hidden gems as well as mainstream fare.

A wide selection of bed linen & towels, with quality fabric and attractive designs, with some items in collaboration with the Natural History Museum.

This shop has everything you could want for your home in terms of furnishings such as kitchenware, bed linen, curtains, and carpets. There is a café upsttairs. The queue system at the tills is very efficient: you wait your turn until the number of the next available till comes up on the screen. All tills are staffed by humans!

Great shop for houseware, is well laid out along with helpful staff. Has stood the test of time against other retail outlets in the park for a reason.

Love shopping here. There is such a variety of things to buy. I guarantee you will buy something even if is a cup of coffee in their great cafe. The only drawback at this branch is it's difficult to get into. You can see it from the dual carriageway but couldn't find how to get into the carpark. Obviously we eventually found it!

A lot of stock and a very busy looking shop. Great stuff at good prices though, just sometimes a touch overwhelming with how much there is. The staff are lovely and so helpful.

Controlled entry at wide main door by staff. Hand wash available. One way walk round system in place. Large lift to disabled toilet and cafe'. Some walkways not acceptable for wheel chairs. Staff available to help you. Disabled parking outside shop. 3.11.20. Update Review 20.04.21. The store still maintains its high covid controls where other retail stores could learn from here at Dunelm, who have set the bar.
