Lovely old pub, food was amazing and plentiful. The lovely waitress was very friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back.
Excellent takeaway food, the portion size is fantastic for the prices. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly. Excellent service. Been there twice on recommendation from where we staying. Well done MP.

A deep-in-the-countryside treat. Lovely back garden, proper pub interior. Just ignore your satnav when it tries to give you the 'shortest route' (which ends up on tiny farm roads) and stick with the B3137.
Best thing we enjoyed was the atmosphere. Very cosy Inn. Also the waitresses were very kind and helpfull. Next to that we enjoyed the good food; especially the deserts... Good price/product ratio. Dont arrive too late as other guests had left allready at about 9 pm. Dutch couple Ineke & Hans
Definitely the most enjoyable meal we have had in Devon. We ordered the MP burger and the Salmon both delicious and great portion sizes. The service was brilliant despite been a very busy night. The pub itself was traditional and had a great atmosphere with a mixture of friendly locals and tourists.
Truly rural country pub with nice atmosphere. Great choice of meals freshly made on premises with good portions. Plenty of fish or vegetarian options as well as meat dishes. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Would recommend if staying outside of Tiverton.

Mount pleasant Inn never fails to please me. It's so friendly, warm and welcoming. The building is very interesting, the food is excellent and the beer is great.
It's a really happy and relaxed atmosphere too and there's always laughter. It's a real joy to visit.

Love this place. Food has always been outstanding. Good selection of beers and ciders. The staff are warm, welcoming and a good laugh.
Had a couple of drinks with friends in the beautiful garden, probably the nicest beer garden I have been to. The beer was well kept too!
Very generous meals in a beautiful place, good choice for GF /DF food, but spoilt by several flies around the table all the time, we were indoors.

This is a village pub that has bags of atmosphere as its an old 18th century pub that is just warm and cosy.
When we visited they had the log fire going which made the place warm and welcoming .
We had food and the servings are large and all cooked from scratch and was very nice.
