Just been to Glen view Inn for lunch the food was great 👍 nice place to visit great service and not a lot of money to pay for the quality of food plenty of choice would recommend this place to anyone

The mixed grill is AMAZING!!! It is the best mixed grill I have had in a very long time. We went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed their meal. At first it seemed a little expensive for a mixed grill at £25, however when it came out on a tray instead of a plate and I saw what was on it I realised it was value for money. Glen View itself is quite small so I would recommend booking a table in advance especially if there is a group of you. Oh a little secret if you want the Mega Mixed Grill you will have to ring up in advance to order it (apparently it is too big for one person)

Lovely little traditional pub serving good food. There's quite a varied menu to choose from as well as a 'specials board'. The pub has a well stocked bar with a variety of beers, including some hand pulled guest beers too. It's only a small place, so it does get quite busy at peak times.

Having read the fab reviews, we decided on a 50 mile drive out. We were not disappointed. Having kinda gotten used to the rubbish from chain owned pubs, the food here lived up to its reputation. Home cooked and very tasty. Good cask beer as well. What a pity it is so far away from home. We will make the effort to return from time to time. It's well worth it. Very pleasant staff too.
