Really good fish and chips, lovely and hot. Takeaway or eat in, it's easy to find on Halifax Road with ample parking nearby. Very nice, pleasant people who served us, couldn't do enough. Cash only.
Nice place to stop for lunch, a place with pride.. even brought them to my car whilst waiting for the chips to finish cooking

As good a portion of fish and chips as I've had in a long time. Travelled from Manchester for a drive, and found a replacement for grandma pollards. Fish was fresh and everything cooked to perfection. Icing on the cake the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will be returning.

It was a nice meal. I ordered the large fish and chips, but to be honest, I've had regular fish and chips that were larger. But we enjoyed the meal, the staff were friendly and it wasn't expensive. I would call again if we were in the area again.
