Closed nearly an hour early and declined my order. Would not have been a big deal of the lady on the phone hadn’t been very rude and kept cutting me off. I work good service. Not an acceptable way to talk to customers.

The secor location has the worst customer service.They don’t respect people. It was the best location before but now its the worst one

We ordered the family box with 2 pizzas, boneless wings and bread sticks. Firstly, both pizzas had all the toppings in the center. There was like 2 inches of crust on all sides. The wings were cold. And the bread sticks were stale and not cut. I enjoyed the flavor of the food. But the food it wasnt hot at all. I even said to my wife, we can try a different store. Never going back to that Secor location.

Ordered the new spicy lover pizza for curbside pickup. Arrived earlier and called number repeatedly to let them know I was there. No answer except for recording and being put on hold. 20 minutes later I go inside and they say they are too busy to answer the phone. Obviously pizza was no longer fresh and looked like it had been sitting a good while even though I used a hot food bag to get it home. A waste of time and effort. I always get delivery. I wanted hot pizza tonight. Joke was on me.

Too much sauce. Too much ham. Tons of banana peppers. Too many. The thin and crispy was thin but half baked. Did not taste like a pizza hut pizza.

For ordered my pizza for pick-up from the store on Sterns Rd, when I got there they were closed. I looked at my email and saw it was at the Secor Rd store. By the time I got there and back home we had a cold pizza, breadsticks & sweet rolls.
