Where have I been?! I had some of the signature, cold-smoked salmon at a Christmas party, and WOW! I'd been a 50-year customer elsewhere, and I was converted in an instant. The Smoke Bloke's delicate, delicious smoked salmon is unparalleled in my experience. We've been buying a pound a week now, and won't soon be buying our salmon anywhere else. And the trout and char is excellent, too!

Simply delish! As a Scandinavian, it’s a tall order to satisfy my hot smoked salmon standards, but The Smoke Bloke more than exceeded my expectations. I ordered a whole salmon fillet and it was a huge hit - flakey, moist and full of flavour - a thing of beauty, really. I’m just sad I didn’t order more! They even delivered it a day early on account of the Christmas blizzard that was threatening all our holiday plans! Thank you Smoke Bloke for making my hot smoked dreams come true!

This is the best salmon I've ever had. Smoky flavor and amazing texture! I always enjoy a bagel sandwich, hand roll and salad....it makes me happy all that time. My co workers became big fans of his salmon. Also Mike is a very nice person and helped people donate food and money during the pandemic even though he lost regular clients. I love his personality and his high quality products.

I have purchased the smoked salmon at farmers markets in Toronto and love the quality of the products. The beet cold smoked salmon is my go to for family gatherings! So far the freshest smoked salmon I could find in Toronto. Really dialed in recipes and just the right amount of smoking for each recipe makes the most of the good quality raw material used. While the classical recipe is probably the most versatile, make sure you try: - the Scottish (hints of vanilla suggest optimal curing. Perfect on it's own paired with citra/mosaic IPA or prosecco) - the gravlax (the very light smoking lets the salmon and dill tastes prevail, complemented by a very soft texture... Seemingly melts in your mouth!) I suggest you order a little of everything. I get it with no-contact delivery, and a phone call a few minutes before arrival is really helpful. Customer support is really attentive, just ask them anything.
