It was my first time visiting this clinic and I had an awesome experience. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the doctor was accommodating and understanding and the pharmacy staff were quick and efficient. Thank you!

Dr. Tong really listened (and believed me!), and made a reasonable plan for investigating my symptoms. Very professional and respectful. Front desk staff was also quite friendly. I came at 10:30 and only waited 20 mins.

This five star is for Dr Kim who is an angel. The most caring and loving doctor I have ever seen. She was checking on me as if I am a family member. I was very stressed and worried and she took care of my situation in the best way. I will always be thankful of her.

Lovely staff and even lovelier doctor
I was blessed with the opportunity to see Dr. Tong on short notice for a flu shot. He comforted me throughout the way short of holding my hands, no tears!
Their handling of the covid protocol was up to snuff and excellent experience overall

I highly recommend this clinic for those in the area! I needed to see a doctor urgently since I live in the area and my family doctor is relatively far, so I decided to try this place out. Check in was quick and I was put in a room right away. Dr. Tong was kind and efficient but also thorough.
Usually walk-in clinics have long wait times, but here I was done in around 20 minutes.

I literally spent 10min here. I went to the front desk as a new patient then she immediately sent me to room 2. Doctor Kim came in and she was soft spoken, I felt comfortable with her, very nice lady. She gave me the Tb injection and I was done.

This walk-in clinic is absolutely the best. The front staff is super polite, friendly, and efficient. Wait time is short, and Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I've had the same condition countless times that requires further examination at a lab, and every time the physician said they'd contact me about the results but didn't. This is the first time I've received a call about the lab results and I am very grateful for that! Thank you to the whole team at University Health Centre :)

Dr. Tong is an excellent doctor. I went to the centre regarding a medical issue. After a thorough examination, Dr. Tong took the time to explain what the issue was. He also answered all my questions with great detail and dispelled any concerns that I had. The staff are also excellent, they spoke to me professionally and courteously. They also guided me through they next steps that I needed to do in regards to setting up appointments with medical testing. I will definitely be returning here should I have another medical issue.

Dr. Kim is the most caring and dedicated doctor I have ever met. Plus, she is highly knowledgeable and competent. The front desk person is also always polite and welcoming. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for her and this clinic's staff because I feel they go above and beyond for their patients. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Kim is the best, she is kind, caring and compassionate. You'd think all doctors are, but it's not always the case. Her staff is amazing as well, special mention to Madison.
I've recommended the clinic to my friends and family and I hope Dr. Kim could be my family doctor for a long time.
