Arrived very late afternoon for coffee and cake and nothing was too much trouble.Good stock of gifts and drinks to buy too.
New toilet facilities are excellent, by the way.

Saw these guys online and made a special visit to experience Lily's Pizza from a Horsebox! Cozy place. Nice chat with the owner and a local...wonderful time, pizza was delicious! Must visit if you're hanging out in the River Dee area.

What a gem of a place! We stumbled upon this lovely wee place entirely by accident and so glad we did.
The setting is gorgeous and it has a very warm and welcoming feel to it.
Outside they've built an outdoor seating area with benches and love seats under a canopy of trees. They've also built a covered bike storage area, so plenty of storage for cyclists.
The cafe/craft shop is beautiful and filled with Emma's artwork. I love her style and the way she interprets animals and brings them to life. I wanted to buy all her work but had to settle for one this time, but I'll absolutely be back for more and have my eye on several of her pieces.
Inside we received a warm and friendly welcome from Emma and Phoebe and we ordered tea along with some of the fabulous home baked cakes/desserts that they have. I can't express how amazing the cakes are here, I mean just, wow!
It was a warm day so we sat outside and enjoyed our tea and cakes under the trees, but inside seating was nicely laid out and inviting.
A real gem of a place and can't wait to visit again ❤️

Yum!! We had the most delicious home bake - banana and peanut butter blondie yum 😋 - and lovely coffee at the weekend. Very friendly staff and great place. Glad we stopped.

Absolutely lovely. The food was delicious, the staff were great. A pit stop on our cycle, we ended up having a pint with our food. Highly recommended

What a great selection of cakes! Even late in the day when some places may have a limited selection, Platform 22 had a fine range of tasty treats to tempt me. The sticky Belgian chocolate brownie was especially delicious! Great coffee as well - all at really good prices. What's not to like!
