We love going here. Been visiting for a good 10 years. We go to Devon every year, and this place just does the best sandwiches.
Although it seems every year there are less cherubs hung on the walls (probably cleaning them takes forever), there’s always something to look at.

Before visiting we researched afternoon teas in the area, recommdations led us here and let me tell you it did not disappoint!!!! This was the most delicious afternoon tea I have ever had!!!!! (White choc chip scone...OH EM GEE) 😋 The staff were absolutely amazing! We didn't make a booking however,
Cream tea to die for!! The tea came out in a perfect tea service, absolutely beautiful. They have a huge selection of scones to choose from. Sit in the front garden and admire the stunning views. After your cream tea take a walk down the steep hill to the bay below. Beware the climb up !
Great food, the team is adorable and very nice atmosphere inside, but wouldn't recommend to sit outside due to the wasps that will be attracted by your food.
This place is AMAZING! We visited the day before our holiday ended and we wish we had visited sooner! All of the previous reviews are spot on! This was the best cream tea we’ve had anywhere (and we’ve had a lot) we arrived late afternoon with no booking the place was very busy a lovely lady greeted
The loveliest, quaint little tearoom. I rang on the day and they were able to accommodate a booking for x4 for that afternoon. I’d recommend ringing in advance to avoid disappointment. We had the cherubs tea - and the sandwiches, scones and tea was all dreamy. Would highly recommend!
Visited there earlier today for little family celebration. The food was outstanding. The cooked breakfasts were amazing. Great quality produce beautifully cooked. The cream tea selections were just gorgeous!

Absolutely the best tea room in torbay. They do the most amazing scones, tasty sandwiches and delicious hot chocolate. You must visit angels when you visit torquay. Make sure you book in advance though especially during the summer season
One of the best scones I've ever had. Never seen so many different tasty options. Today was the turn of the Ginger Scone. We will definitely be back to try more.
Excellent experience in a nice , relaxed atmosphere.
Varied menu at very reasonable prices . The staff were very pleasant , helpful and patient . The food was really well presented and extremely tasty .
