I would like to give a special mention to Hannah on the Lingerie department, I booked in an appointment for my partner Vanessa to be measured for underwear as wanted to treat her to some new, Hannahs Professionalism, humour and general customer service was outstanding!, The manager at the Willows should be very proud to have Hannah on the team, My partner was a little unsure of what to expect as not been measured for many years but was soon totally at ease with this Lady, Altogether a very good shopping experience !!

Took a while to find a parking space. Good selection of products in the food hall. The only complaint is the smell of lillies in the one entrance way, very strong. There is another way to get to the food hall, which means you can avoid the flower area.

Went for a pre booked bra fitting service. Can't praise Vilma enough. She knew her profession and her stock very well. Although she was busy, I didn't feel rushed even when I changed my mind about the style of bra I wanted. She adjusted the straps on the additional bra I purchased which thought was a nice touch.

We came to the cafe in the willows for brekfast and was really taken back by how nice the staff were they were friendly and helpfull and went out of their way to find us some jam for our toast nothing was to much trouble very akin to british airways nice to have such nice people working there excellent service

Love the food and clothes quality at M & S. Unfortunately, the restaurant is rather small and often has long queues due to the popularity. This really needs to be improved and enlarged so that the customers don't have wait too long in queues .

I love the offers I get here. Nice clothes and accessories also beauty products can be found at the ground floor. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are serving afternoon teas in the Coffee shop that is located in the first floor. Highly recommend it!
