Great food, nice efficient helpful staff offering great service, tasty food, delicious desserts, and chips and onion rings are especially good. Burgers are very good quality, always fussy about my bun, this one was brioche and I would have liked the option to have it toasted in hindsight as that adds to the flavour and and texture in my opinion, didn't cross my mind to ask as was my first time here but I'll definitely investigate other food on offer here as was very enjoyable. Price wise you get what you pay for but Similar to Frankie and Benny's cost wise but Frank's do a much better job ! Good work guys!

Great burgers with a varied menu of options and add ons. Staff were friendly, if not a tad slow on service but nothing major. They were great with our toddler and had high chairs and stuff. Minor improvements would be a juicer burger patty but it was still tasty and having a malt option on shakes. Would visit again

The food is great hear, the staff are very friendly and it has a great atmosphere. We go here regularly, the halloumi burger is delicious. Prices are fair and there is an offer that kids eat for free with a full paying adult.

The burgers here are really good, cooked very well and the unlimited fries are a great shout. Parking in the town is a bit of a pain, when we went here the whole restaurant was swamped in school kids, I don't know if they do a kiss lunch deal or something just seemed strange. But what you're coming for is the burgers, which are great.

Boyfriend and i loved our night here. Perfect if you're on a budget as myself and our boyfriend were both full to the brink for under £30. Servers were very attentive which meant we were finished in under 40 minutes. Would go there every date night.

The staff here are really friendly and the burgers are okay but I’d give the sides a complete miss. Tempura vegetables kinda implies a tempura batter - not what you get here. Onion rings were really greasy, the slaw had way too much mayo and sweet potato fries were bland and soggy. This being said I’d still go back for the atmosphere and service but stick with just the burgers.

The burgers are really good. Bottomless chips with the burgers. Fast and friendly service. Good size portions. Parking can be a bit tricky in Towcester high street, but there are plenty off the high street.

Came here by recommendation from a work mate, didn’t disappoint. Waiting staff so friendly and smiley and the food was tasty & plenty of it. Wish we could’ve tried a desert but didn’t even finish our fries, no need for the free refill!

Lovely place, some great food on a quiet Monday night. Small criticisms were that the ribs were bland, burgers were a bit dry and chips were overcooked. Macaroni cheese was amazing, nachos were excellent, will be going back.

Very generous portions, very tasty. Menu isn't huge and you'll struggle a bit if you're a vegetarian or just don't fancy a lot of meat. Great place for kids

Had a Xmas gathering there! Friendly staff & we met the Bull Mascot! Had the festive menu which was lovely, consisting of freshly made Nachos covered in cheese, chilli meat, jalapeños&some just cheese that were different to most Nachos but delicious! I had the Chicken wrap it was lovely&the Franks Hamburgers my friends had also looked delicious. The service was spot on & after a little bit of discussion about the menu we booked in advance, everything ran smoothly, along with the included glass of wine & bottle of Prosecco! Even if it was a bit pricey the bubbles went down well & it is Xmas! It was my first time at Franks as I was visiting my sister & friends from Birmingham! Not sure if there's a Franks in Birmingham, but I would return for a next gathering in Northampton! Xx

Good atmosphere, it's so relaxed and much better than 185 in Towcester for a meal out. Great burgers, great local ales, never had a thing to complain about. Awesome.

Great food, great service. Accommodated a large group and couldn't have been more helpful from the moment we rang to book in to the moment we left the restaurant.
