Last night we received excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Had the "Burger specials" and very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic value, great food quality and lovely puddings. Will visit again.
We had a festive meal here, ten of us and the food and drink flowed well and came out all at the same time. Was lovely. The staff serving were great and very friendly made for a very welcoming atmosphere and not pushing to finish at a certain time. All felt relaxed and an enjoyable evening out.

Lovely welcoming lunchtime service on a rainy Saturday. Busy but not noisy. Child friendly but not treated as a soft play alternative. Dog friendly. And on this season's first chilly weekend, warm but not hot. Thank you.
We called in enroute at the start of our holidays. Glad that we did the breakfast was the best I'd eaten in a long while. In fact we was both impressed. Proper sausages, delicious bacon. Mushrooms not soaked in grease or butter. Poached eggs spot on. Next time we'll plan a proper stop over and spend a night or two there. Staff was polite and helpful.
This is our regular meal treat, and its wonderful! The food here is *always* excellent, and the chef is happy to make small swaps. There is always a colouring set for our eldest child to play with, and our youngest is always made a fuss of 😁 Customers are friendly and all having a good time. Beer is tasty too! Cannot fault the pub in any way, and a massive shout out to Tracey and Sarah who just cant do enough for us
Didn't stay in the hotel but with how attentive the bar staff are I can imagine it's a brilliant stay! First impressions are important.

Comes in a couple of quid more expensive than the average green king but the jump in quality is massive! Biggest Eggs royal I have seen and a very good traditional English breakfast. We'll worth the extra.

Staff are absolutely lovely, breakfast was delicious. Only thing that I personally think could be improved was the shower as I couldn't find a happy medium with the the temperature other than that everything was perfect we had a great stay
The Saracens Head Hotel was easy to check in & the room we stayed in was big bright & clean to the eye. The bed was well presented & massive. However, the letdown was the bathroom, although clean & tidy just wasn't in keeping within the room & looked cheap & a little cramped.
But hey, don't let that stay in your tinny mind. The place was lovely with real good old character.

Only popped in passing through Towcester to have an evening meal. Place had a lovely feel to it and food was excellent, staff were pleasant and polite but only minor gripe ( very minor ) the service waiting to order food and waiting to pay was a bit slow. Would definitely recommend though.
Pub with adjacent hotel. Pub has multiple rooms offering more quiet and private space. Also there is dedicated room for weddings. Popular place to have decent Sunday roast dinner.
Great find, nice rooms at a good price. Evening meal good pub food, just what we wanted. Our server Abi a delight, not just with service but also getting Wi-Fi working in our room.

We stayed there for a night. Location is good, high street section. You can take nice walks around - big park to get lost if you are a nature lover 😁 The room was nice, clean, and the bed (mattress) amazing...I could sleep properly,no broken back in the morning🤣 Towcester is a nice place to stay 😀

Fantastic pub/hotel with lovely staff both for breakfast and in the evening. A lively bar and a great place to meet locals who were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was really good and nice vegan and vegetarian options. The lady at breakfast was brilliant. Eve checked us in and looked after us in the evening and she was brilliant. Location perfect as loads of places are a short walk away if you didn't want to eat in. We were there for an event at whittlebury park which was only a short drive or taxi ride away. The rooms are really nice with very comfortable beds and very spacious. Very nice bathroom, lots of hot water. The only gripe would be that there should be more space for clothes in the room. Could do with some coat hooks near the door (loads of room for this) and a chest of drawers, again plenty of room. The wardrobe was really small for two people staying 3 nights. Will be back next year! Thank you
Stayed here for work purposes. Room very clean and comfy. Enjoyed my meal very much and good selection of lagers.

Massive queues at bar. Had ordered drinks on app. After 1 and half hours of no drinks turning up,.I went to chase them up. I was told app turned off and couldn't find our order. Then spoke to a fabulous member of staff called Jaycee who was rushed off her feet but gave me a lovely smile as I asked her for help. She stopped what she was doing and got all of the rinks for me. What a great member of staff who smiled all the way through the chaoticness of the bar area. Highly recommend this member of staff, who puts customers first, very professional . I hope the manager reads this and she is given a little something.
