I needed a last minute giant cookie and the lady who served couldn’t have been more helpful. She was friendly with an infectious smile. Her icing skills were on point and she made me laugh the whole time I was there. I’m sure her name was Erica
I ordered a big cookie and was informed it would be ready in 2 hours. About half an hour later I realised I had to get home for a vet appointment and wouldn’t be able to wait 2 hours. I went back to the kiosk to apologise that I wouldn’t have time to wait but I appreciated they had started baking so

I asked for a personalised cake cookie as my parents came to visit from Italy and I really like the way Nikitha made the cake for this occasion, and my parents really loved the cake as well, I am sorry for only leaving the review now but I was busy until now, the cake was very nice as well
