Table's were not clean it's not KFC's fault dinning area is managed by Trafford Centre
I ordered online and had to wait for just a few minutes to get my food. However, the staff forgot to add my drink, cups and straws which I didn’t realize until I had sat down and opened the bag of food…had to go back to get them.The food was good.
I just want to say that Caitlyn is such a lovely person keep that smile, your truly amazing big love from France :)
Amazing service from Sufyan, saved me £20 by showing me the double diner deal, 5 star service. Don’t get that much these days.
Always spot on when I go here ,I normally go here but today I opted for a jacket potatoe from the place next to them.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly but the place is crowded and the queue is very long.
