Lovely owners they are friendly and welcoming.
Stayed in room 2, and it was very spacious.
Parking was easy. A 10/15 minute walk to the town.
The cost of living crisis menu on Wednesday/Thursday was great value, good options and a brilliant bacon cheese burger.
The food was decent and the staff were really pleasant amd seemed to be enjoying their job. The wait for food was relatively short. I can't comment on the desserts because I didn't have one but my main course was good, as was the main courses of our friends.

What a great find! Went with big group for Sunday roast and food was great, really good value for money. People running the place looked after us all so well and we will be back!

The best meal and atmosphere ever, our server was top notch, elle and kev were awesome as ever and the food.... Well what can I say about the food. It was extremely tasty, the balsamic glaze was the best thing I've ever tasted and everything was spot On. I don't have one bad thing to say about my experience tonight ❤️ can't wait to come back xxx

What a great place. The staff and owners can't do enough for you. Polite and friendly service. The food is amazing everyone loved it and it came out in a timely manner. I can't recommend this place enough. Absolutely fantastic.
Wonderful welcome - went there for mother's Day . It was a carvery . Great selection of meat - and8 vegetables - plenty of them there - all nice and hot. Beautiful roasties, Yorkshire's and stuffing too, homemade gravy was awesome!! Plenty choice of deserts - with generous portions too. No scrimping on anything! Well done you!!!!.

Went with friends grandparents, and what I we all say, starters was amazing, mains are outstanding with full on quantity, quality, and flavour. They don't spare on the size, which is amazing for such a little small place. Background music was very subtle together with the staff. This is a must visit place for any occasion.. 5*
My daughter had her 18th birthday party here. The food was amazing the staff was so helpful though out. Had a food request due to GF and the owner made sure we had meals GF offered. We been back for evening meals and always fresh and most important it's serviced hot. Prices are what you expect for bar meals and never come away feeling hungery. Very pleasant environment, aways clean and staff aways friendly.
Decent food, decent portion size and decent price. Child friendly with having high chairs and a good children's menu but no baby changing facilities so make sure you bring a mat otherwise you will be on the toilet floor.
