The staff are super friendly! They have a gluten-free menu. The one thing I would definitely recommend is getting the loaded fries with brisket. I have been to Frankie & Benny’s a couple of times with friends. And there’s always something on the menu for whatever you’re in the mood for. The cocktails are lovely! It’s always a good atmosphere in there. It’s a lovely place to go to if you’re just looking to have lunch or dinner catching up with friends or if you’re looking to get a bite to eat before going to the cinema.

I recently had an amazing business dinner at Frankie & Bennys in Trowbridge, and I have to say that Ana-Maria was the best hostess ever! Despite short notice and lots of dietary restrictions, Ana-Maria provided top-notch customer service and made the evening unforgettable. The location was great, with parking and a lovely terrace outside, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group. I can't wait to book another dinner and experience Ana-Maria's amazing service again. Kudos to Frankie & Bennys for having such a wonderful team member like Ana-Maria!

We were visiting family but had a bit of time to ourselves on Saturday 1st April. We've been to this particular restaurant before so decided to pop in for some quiet relaxing time. Monika was our waitress and we want to give a massive shout out to her. She was an absolute delight in every possible way. Friendly, chatty and ensured we had everything we wanted. Food was delicious, wine lovely made even better by Monika's attention throughout our meal. She really did make a difference in a world where more often than not, staff are not trained or indifferent to the customer. What a gem you have in this lady. We tipped her generously and wanted to also do a review . We are often in Wiltshire and will definitely revisit. What a lovely evening . Thank you Sheila and Allen Johnson
