It's the whole ambience of the place,the landlord is always a pleasure to talk to. He keeps a tidy house, and you are garintead a good pint, and as for the toilets he is second to none
Drinks are a decent price, good evening atmosphere. Have not yet been here during the day. But it's an ideal pub to start your night, if you decide to drink in Trowbridge

Great atmosphere when listen to music on the jukebox, food was amazing, plenty of options to drink ( hot and cold) had great time playing pool.
