Really great selection of plants and Christmas items, we went for some lemax village ornaments and to have a look around.
Dog friendly inside and staff was helpful.
Can't wait to go back when they have all the Christmas items displayed !! I bought two plants for the garden,both in great shape.
We popped along to the place on a wet Saturday anoon & as you would expect, it was rather busy! No problem re car parking.
Good selection of plants (the quality is good) & garden equipment.
Coffee shop very popular, plenty of staff serving & importantly cleaning tables.

Good garden centre, has nice gifts and plenty of jewellery at good prices. We both had a coffee and cake cost nearly £17 for two. Smallest piece of cake we have had from a garden centre,.and not the cheapest. Would go again for the jewellery but probably would not stop for a cuppa.
Good garden centre, with a wide range of products on sale. Coffee shop also serve some nice food and drinks. Just a shame that I find many things in the garden centre overpriced for what they are. Large aquarium area with a variety of fish for sale. Place is very well maintained.
Cafe and outside area amazing. Was setting up new Christmas stock. But other areas were old and dated. Picked up an item nesr the card display and had a thick layer of dust on. Staff all really friendly.
Just popped in for some fish food flakes. Had a cup of tea there but it was basically in and out. It was two for one on the food which was a bonus... Good visit to a good garden centre.
Excellent garden centre with a lovely café and a huge Christmas section from September / October. A good houseplant section, aquatics centre and lots of gifty bits.
We regularly meet friends and family at the café and are always impressed by both the quality and portion size of the food. 😊
Nice garden center to pop into when passing, decent coffee. The store was a little busy on a weekend though and some of the isles get rather cramped. Good Christmas and Autumn displays though.
Absolutely love this place. Meet friends here all the time. Food is good and service is general ok. Plenty of options to purchase, plants, gifts, clothes and great for sale goods. Things are pricey but are a good quality.

Love the Lemax display- even bigger than the one my family usually goes to at Derby Garden Centre. This really is worth a visit. Congratulations to the staff who put it together- it's brilliant.
Really nice place to go and spend a few hours, they have all the Christmas decs and the model village out, so be prepare to spend some money! the cafe is nice to sit down, have some lunch in or a cup of tea and cake, friendly staff and good assortment of toys, food and other gift ideas for the festi
Went for a meal on a sunshine Sunday.
A little wait as busy, but given sat outside in nice surroundings it didn't put us off.
Also self serve free ice water.
Food was good value and excellent.
Bonus for me at a garden is this one has an aquarium section.
What can you say about Trowell Garden Centre,everyone loves it,I'm not sure it's always about the plants but the cafe is always busy,Christmas is always excellent lots of shiny sparkly things going on and the kids always seem to enjoy it ,they certainly put alot of effort into making it spectacular,
Trowell garden centre has always been a lovely pace to visit whether it's for gardening needs or just for a bite to eat. Plenty of gardening variety from tools and plants to sheds, stones and fish! The updated cafe is also great with lovely food and a great atmosphere.
