This literally has to be the best homeware store I've ever been in. It has EVERYTHING you need. From big electrical items like washing machines, to smaller household objects. Garden furniture and kitchen warehouse. There is a cafe in store. There is a toilet too. If you need anything for your home, you have it here all in one place. Reasonable prices too.

What this store might lack by way of home needs just ain't worth having. The mind boggles at some of the items! And a good cafe area in store too. Very well worth a visit

What an amazing store! We popped in whilst on holiday and I was blown away by the range of products! I asked a member of staff (Helen) for some help and she was very helpful. It’s just a shame this store isn’t local to my home town as I would visit very often!

There was a lovely lady who was working in the Christmas section of the store. She packed me an amazing Christmas tree for my workplace and was a delight. Hope she can see this and know I appreciate it dearly!

This was one of my late mother's favourite shops. She loved to shop here. I also love it. It's like a mini maze full of beautiful things. Many that you didn't even realise that you needed or wanted. It's not really suitable for prams or mobility scooters but there is a lift and access to the multistorey car park from the first floor. It's close to the bus stop, on the ground floor, too. There is a little cafe on the first floor which serves toasties, paninis, teacakes, cakes and drinks of many persuasions.

Mallets home hardware is a very lovely lovely place to get top class home appliances. Got my washing machine here and it's really good. Great customer service. There is a wide variety of household and garden items for customers to peruse from. I especially love coming here to shop because I am assured of getting very high quality high end and still affordable materials. I feel the products here are an upgrade on those found at Wilkos having shopped in both shops.

Lovely old fashioned coffee shop. The staff are really friendly and professional, couldn't do enough for you. We had the toasted sandwiches, delicious with a fresh crisp salad. We will definitely be going back.

Absolutely amazing shop, a bit of an Aladdin's cave. Looks can be deceptive, what appears to be a small hardware shop is a large spread out store with a plethora of items. There's even a cafe and toilets. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be venturing back in here next time 😊

Great value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bread could have been nicer, we like bakerycrust or seeded bread that is not sliced. Filling good. Pasty good. The carrot cake is devine. So light and tasty.

Fantastic shop, selling everything you could wish for and way more! This is always my first point of call for anything kitchen/hardware related. Only issue I’ve had is that it’s so popular, it took over ten minutes to be served at the till.
