I had a pleasant experience and one of their workers called Will (blonde beared man) was fantastic. He provided excellent customer service that I almost forgot I was in a fast food restaurant. The food was like any other McDonald’s.
I recently had McDonald's and while I appreciate some of their food, such as their Apple pie, this time it didn't taste right. The crispy coating lacked sweetness or some other ingredient, which was quite unusual.
Georgia was amazing she acknowledged that I was waiting and made the effort to have a chat and come from my side of the counter to go to the other side to take my order even though I there’s were there
She knows good customer service and should be rewarded for it

It is just a shame that the fitters missed putting numbers on all the tables, making app ordering to the table a bit harder.
Blooming McDonalds App is a minefield. Maybe it's me, but 'Double' and 'Large' options are confusing. Tried ordering a double quarter pounder and ended up with a regular burger with large fries and large soft drink. Dependent upon when you choose your options, also seems to affect whether or not you
*Tried the summer-edition burger (2022.) Spanish burger I believe, excellent quality & good drive-thru service.
You know what you getting, just disappointed that the milkshake are off so often now.
One of my favourite restaurants, the staff are seemingly very keen here.
Standard fare for a McDonald's but one of the many stores I've visited on multiple occasions not to have got anything wrong. Or taken forever as some have.
