Just bought my son a chicken royale nd he got half may through it and had to throw it in the bin as he found a bone in the burger, I then tried to phone the store and they just let it ring out to the answerphone which is full so you can’t even record a message
Somehow, after ordering, our food arrived absolutely cold even though we were sitting inside the restaurant and it wasn’t busy. To make matters worse, the guy serving us was extremely dirty and unhygienic and was standing there picking his nose. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy; there is simply no excuse for it.
Went around 12:30pm on a weekday, food was fresh, chips were crisp and hot, a bit of rubbish on the floor but to be expected. Only thing I could say was the order numbers were coming up as ready and being served off straight after you order …
McDonalds at Treliske opens at 6am. Burger King in Truro can't even be bothered to open til 10 on a Saturday. Come on, wake up. A breakfast menu would be good as well
