Was driving through Turriff yesterday and needed to stop somewhere for tea. This was a geat find, food was lovely and staff were very friendly. Excellent menu and the kids were happy with their menu too. Would defs recommend/ be back ☺️
First visit yesterday - great first impressions! Friendly down to earth staff (major tick for me!), lovely food and love the design of the place! Turriff has some of the best restaurants in Aberdeenshire! Will definitely be back!
Good food! Do not go unless you're hungry as portion sizes are generous. Lovely service too. Would recommend to anyone.
This was the best place I’ve stayed in for a while. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and service was top class and they went out of their way to assist us with travelling around. Big shout out to Sandra and Linda I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. Hopefully see you both again soon.

Had our Christmas meal at the WH last night..it was amazing! We were downstairs in the new space, it is so nice. Food was just so tasty and beautifully presented. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, couldn't fault a thing. Thank you WH, will definitely be back soon ���

We came here as a family to celebrate a birthday. We had afternoon tea. The dinning area held a large family and still had room for others. I was pleasantly surprised at the vegan sandwichs, hot food and cakes. The venue is clean and modern and it was an enjoyable few hours. The staff were busy, but were still attentive and pleasant. I would happily come here again and recommend this venue.

The restaurant has always had a good reputation but I always found it rather expensive. However I went along at the invite of a friend who told me they serve small plates on "Pensioner Friday" and I was delighted to get a decent size of meal at a very affordable price! The food was fresh and piping hot, the coffee likewise, and the staff were lovely. This will now be a weekly lunch venue with my chums!
We had a lovely meal here for our anniversary. Excellent choices for vegetarians; we had a vegetarian haggis in whisky sauce, and a sweet potato burger. It was all excellent- although I could definitely have eaten more fries! Staff were super too👍
Had a super comfortable weekend at the White Heather Hotel. Spotlessly clean well appointed room, wonderful bed and excellent shower. Breakfast is tailored to your choice and was excellent. High standards throughout the hotel with a great menu and very good wine choice.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, northing was too much trouble, first class.

I would 100% recommend the White Heather. It is a lovely hotel and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, stylish and well-appointed, and the bathrooms very clean and new. The full Scottish breakfast was the best we had in two weeks across Scotland! And the dinner was delectable. Gary Fisher is a fantastic general manager and made us feel so welcome. We wish we were there for longer, and hope to return one day!

Had lunch there last Sunday for the first time. The food was amazing and plenty of it. I went for the black pudding and haggis fritters for a starter followed by fish and chips. The fritters were delicious and my fish(massive)was equally as good. Lovely friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere with plenty on the menu. 😋
We enjoyed our meal (visit the hotel's website for menu). I had a standard fish supper after a large bowl of Cullen Skink...the tastiest Skink I've had for a good while. The fries with my fish were really great. My partner had salmon pasta which was equally tasty. Surroundings are a little basic but clean and moderately pleasant. The staff were very friendly and parochial as is to be expected from an eatery in a small farming town. The price was reasonable too. We'll be back now and again as the menu changes. I recommend the White Heather Hotel for a meal with your family or as a solitary experience.
