After a few beers at the William Webb Ellis, we had booked into the Sweet Diner for a celebratory Chinese meal. Not too easy to spot but this diner was a great find. Small friendly, family run restaurant with freshly cooked cuisine. Food was really great, we had a very reasonably priced buffet dinner. Everything was cooked as we wanted it and service was superb. Will go back again!

Pork wanton noodle soup turned out to be super delicious. Pure bliss for the winter season. Price is very reasonable. It is a clean little outfit with friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The food here was excellent - I had the tofu and some vegetable dumplings. I was impressed at their level of options for vegetarians. The food is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. Would also recommend their smoothies!

I am truly surprised to see the negative reviews. I visited there for the first time and it was a pleasant experience which I hadn't had for a while. It seemed like some people working at the restaurant were not very fluent in English, though I felt that they were genuinely welcome through their very friendly and polite attitude. The restaurant was very clean and organised (e.g. plates and cutlery were all clean and kept in a box), and the food was great, very authentic with oriental spices. The portion of the food was quite big so we couldn't finish all but they were happy to pack it for us. They offer small portioned appetisers with very reasonable prices (mostly £1-2) so you can enjoy trying several different things too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to have homely and authentic Chinese in the area!

Delicious food, this is more authentic Chinese than your average place. Really good dumplings. Fantastic spicy aubergine in garlic sauce. Try the Jin Jiang pork strips, really tasty. The staff are lovely.

The best Asian food in Twickenham.Very authentic and tasty home made food! Dishes are flavourful but not overly oily or heavily seasoned. Wonton soup is a must eat! Highly recommended! Love from Kim @Helens Nails x
