Coast Kitchen & Bar - Tynemouth - Photo album

Had the prix fixe and was a little disappointed to realise that olives were included as one of the dishes. It’s decent food, a little on the stodgy side and definitely not fine dining but for the price it’s OK. The service and atmosphere certainly make up for it. Lovely smiley staff in a classic s
Really friendly place. Good food, good drink, good prices! The food was a little quirky - in a good way. We had three small plates and a sharing platter with five little dishes. There was plenty and it was great to have such a variety and without it being expensive. We had the gin flight too - very
Nice cute restaurant with a very wide menu choice. Great sharing platters available and the staff/chef are happy to make special requests on any orders.
Popped in for lunch, the small plates are ideal and good value. Very tasty, the oysters are great. Gonna go back for dinner soon.
Not the fastest service but lovely breakfast and good coffee :)
Went in for brunch. Opted for mini English breakfast and was extremely satisfied. Suki tea and a coffee both were thoroughly enjoyed. Saw others ordering other food options and it all looked superb. Dog friendly place so will definitely be returning.
Cosy place with friendly staff. Food was lovely and served timely. We had a Sunday lunch each. One beef and one chicken. Both were delicious and good value. Excellent coffee. Highly recommended and we will.be returning
Fantastic food with such a varied menu. We had burger and chips and falafel flat bread which were both so tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless clean toilets. We are definitely intending a return visit to try different things on the menu.
Loved my breakfast skillet only downside was I'd finished my coffee way before breakfast arrived. July update: Beautiful Hake dish tonight. Staff are lovely too and happy to let you dine at your own pace!
Stopped here for Coffee and Cake after walking around the Priory on a chilly January morning. Very pleasant staff, if a little slow, but didn't bother us we weren't in a rush. Sunday Lunch looked and smelled lovely x
Stopped here for a couple, not massively pricey, decent service. Didn't eat here but there was quite a few things on the menu I'd have picked. Main selling point was outside seating to enjoy the warm evening.
Absolutlely beautiful food and a nice selection of good wine. Service was excellent and staff were really friendly. First time i had tapas and ordered lots, the portion sizes were big. Will be going back very soon.
Class cocktail menu, and a canny Sunday dinner. Lovely waitress with the black hair was clearly good at her job. Will come back for a mid cycle roast again.
Great addition to tynemouth's food and drink scene. Contemporary informal atmosphere, suitable for lots of different audiences. Good food, draft beer, decent wine selection. Friendly and genuine staff
Excellent food and staff. Will be 5 stars after the toilet facilities upstairs have been repaired. That was the only minor downside to a lovely Sunday lunch.
