Great food, quiet setting, and option to eat in or takeaway. The manager is extremely friendly and welcoming. The chef is very talented and highly reputable and this shows in the quality of the food. Had a wonderful dining experience and will be visiting again when I’m in the area.
A gem of a restaurant in the middle of Uckfield. The food is just amazing and staff are very friendly. On this visit was greeted by the staff and management. Ordered a host of different foods. From the dishes the pick of the bunch has to be the Meat Rezalla and the Green Bengali Massala. Would also

Nice Indian restaurant in Uckfield town centre. A number of us dined and everyone stated they liked the food. No major issues, and would certainly be somewhere we would return to in the future. Licensed to serve alcohol and has Cobra lager on draft.

This is the first time we've used this take away and to be honest, the food was superb. The portion sizes were big 11/10 to the chef's, staff were lovely. Will definitely be using The Star of Bengal for future meals & would recommend if asked.
