Food was delicious the service was great it was a little quiet but we went early around 6 on the way back from a walk, by the time we left it had a nice atmosphere and was busy, would recommend going early or booking in advance

The best pub grub I've had in years, staff friendly, lovely clean pub, food out of this world. Will definitely be returning to sample other dishes, had 3 courses as was told this pubs food is excellent and it certainly lived up to its reputation, the pork belly salad, scrumptious. Visited mid week for an evening meal while on holiday in the area. The food was very good and brought out quickly by the friendly staff. It was reasonably priced for the quality and there is a good wine list.

Traditional proper pub. Went on a Sunday. Group of 11. Services was quick accurate and very friendly. Food was very tasty & hot. The roast lamb, a favourite of mine was delicious -as good as any I have ever had. Good portion size. Really excellent.
Had a lovely Birthday meal there. All 3 courses excellent. King prawn curry was especially flavoursome. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
This came recommended. A very stylish but not pretentious pub just outside Woodbridge/off the A12. They catered very well for a large group of us (10, including one Beagle). One of if not 'the' best pub lunch ever. A solo trip on this occasion (rang ahead -advised) a mid priced Sunday Lunch cooked to perfection. I ordered the beef which was local and delicious. I noticed the pork belly being served around me and instantly wanted that too (as you do) . Service and polite
