Lovely atmosphere, service is professional, staff friendly and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful setting in the garden. Food is delicious.
Helpful staff and everything you need for the garden, and also stuff for inside the house as well. (Good fish place next door with tropical, freshwater and saltwater fish to see.) Great cafe with excellent cake at the Garden Centre!
Fantastic service from James at Ullesthorpe Garden centre today. I was with my daughter in her buggy looking at your wonderful display of half price plant pots. James kindly offered to help me take 2 large plant pots to the till and take them to the car for me as well. It was a pleasure to talk to s
I think the layout changes that have been introduced are a backward step. Yes you might get to see everything but it might be you know what you want but now have a long walk to get there. What I will say is the staff in the EWM are outstandingly helpful.
Really impressed with this garden centre. Plenty of choice and a nice cafe. The best garden centre I've been to for wheelchair accessibility. They had wheelchair trolleys, wide enough aisles and level flooring making it so much easier. It really does make a difference so thank you Ullesthorpe 😊
Popped in for a lunchtime bite to eat after not visiting for around 10 years.. Wow what a change.. The 1911 Restaurant was just one of the stars of the show.. A good selection of freshly cooked foods served quickly and presented fabulously. Great work from the team. Thankyou
1st visit looking for aquatic plants, very warm and friendly staff. Mixed age group, the old, young, ugly and beautiful. Especially, Margaret who helped me to get water for my dog. Excellent choice of ceramic plant pot at less than half of the online prices. Shame there were no locally produced item
Always enjoy having breakfast here. The staff are very friendly and the food is fresh and cooked to order.
Always good. Prices reasonable. Friendly staff. Cafe a bit slow but beeyer than average food for a garden centre.

A nice garden centre, with some cute little decorations too!
I have always liked this garden centre and have shopped here for more than 15 years every season. Now Palmers are running it they have put their stamp on it. I miss the aquatic centre and the little tea room but the whole place needed updating and a fresh look. I think they have done it, a better di
World of water, was great. The had a wide range of pumps/filters, plants and fish for our pond. The staff were helpful and attentive even though it was busy.
We live just round the corner so we always visit to have a look around but some plants or have a coffee and purchase some gifts , lovely place to go especially at Christmas time
Palmers is now gearing up to Christmas with many decorations and pretty lights. We had a meal in the Cafe which was lovely. Would recommend. Have now visited in the spring and the whole place is colourful and aromatic with the scent of spring blossoms. Enjoyed a home made sausage roll with herbs and
