The Farmers, Ulverston - Ulverston - Photo album

The service was exceptional and the quality of the food and drink was outstanding. The whole plaice fish was exquisite, demonstrating the kitchen staff know how to cook fish. The fish and chips and burger was succulent and fresh. The pizza was delicious with a excellent dough base. Highly reco
This is a cracking place, we had lunch, but the menu would go down well for either lunchtime or evening. The service was superb, the quality of the food was excellent. It is in an excellent location in the town. Super value for money. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Such a busy location.
Recently returned from a long weekend in the lakes with the family and after a wee bit of research we booked in for breakfast on the Saturday. What a great find this pub was!!!!!! Now, I eat out a lot through work & can honestly say this pub is the best food I’ve ever tasted. So much so, we booked a
Overall, my family very much enjoyed the food and the atmosphere; food is good value for the portion sizes. The location was good. Public carpark very close, with pay and display parking. I only gave it four stars rather than five as I called ahead, and the young gentleman that answered refused to s
Me and my partner have been staying in Ulverston and liked The Farmers so much we visited twice! Really lovely place, nice relaxed atmosphere and the food was amazing. Good vegan and vegetarian options and the portions were very generous and reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and very good.
A lovely well presented pub, comfortable heated outdoor area. Spacious inside. Staff friendly and polite. Great choice on menu, food good quality and value. Idilic view of ulverston.
Easily accessible location. Food came about 20mins after ordering despite being packed out. Couldn’t book a table in advance so chanced a walk in. Managed to get table in dining area. I had 1/2 chicken, veg and gravy. The portion was huge. Didn’t expect such a large portion. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
This bar serves the best Nachos with chicken I have ever had - it was so tasty and so big!!! I cannot compliment them enough and the staff particularly Matt who was amazing. This place had great atmosphere and service - a great start to our week of doing The Cumbria Way.
The food was very good, but the service was exceptional. Rachel was helpful and informative and made our meal an all round great experience.
Lovely pub and very good food only thing letting it down is the non existent disabled toilets. Apart from normal M&F toilets there is only a narrow gender neutral toilet really unsuitable for wheelchair users as it’s up two flights of 4 then 3 stairs with no ramp access whatsoever.
