Fast kitchen with a good selection of breakfast and lunch menu options, plus a range of pre-made food in the glass cabinet ready to go. The coffee is always good and the staff friendly. This is a good Mall cafe - the type of place you go to when in the centre and not necessarily making a special trip.

Hey hey So we were looking for somewhere to go for a quiet chat and coffee and cake. Bean out has been around for a very long time. It was a great place to go with the food and service being a regular good level. That's right I do say WAS. The owners have changed and the I am not sure it has the same vitality that was evident previously. We ordered a devonshire tea and a slice of cheesecake and a frappe. Well the frappe was a juice and had not been made on buzzed ice. it was warm. The devonshire tea came out with a slab of scone/ cake with fruit in it. It looked dried and certainly not inviting. It had been a while since I had been there, But I think it has lost some of its mojo . Was not overly impressed with the offerings it had in the glass case either. Give it ago. It might just been an off day. Would I go back .......yes but I think u will go earlier in the day to see if things come out better. Well try it...... Enjoi Cheers

Popped into the lil Caff around the corner, which is clearly only set up for the hordes of elderly & their Saturday morning bacon & eggs. I just reaffirmed its worth standing up for yourself. When my green tea & halloumi, tomato, spinach & tiny pieces of wheat free toast - no butter, nothing more (see pic) was placed in front of me I couldnt hold onto the $20.10 charge when I realised they replaced the mushrooms & eggs with 1 extra piece of toast & charged the same price. The Asian Manager politely apologised & refunded $15. While I could have eaten begrudgingly choking on my thoughts of what is fair in this world or collected my refund forgone the tea & walked away, I chose instead to sit back & smugly tuck away my clean lil $5.10 vege brekkie & tea, with the added elation of knowing I won ova the grimmacing rude aussie waitress(not) who set the original price -- and I got to write this post. I'd like to come back specifically because of the Manager's prompt no fuss response, in the customer's favour, only I'd have to check the waitress roster in case she sabotages my feed. ;-) #customerIsAlwaysRight #satisfiedCustomer

So much trouble trying to place a simple order. All i wanted was an open grill with bacon cheses and banana for $9.90. Im a pensioner and they wanted to charge me $ 3 eaxtra beacause its not on their menu although they had all the ingredients. There on the menu grills also have 3 toppings same as what i asked for. What rubbish !
