Booked here for Sunday lunch in late July.
A classic old English pub with a very nice sized garden and plenty of parking.
We were shown to our table in a cosy restaurant where the food and drinks were ordered. I did find that the tables were quite close together, meaning conversations were a little stifled. We both had soft drinks along with a lamb and nut roast.
The meat was delivered quickly and hot. Slightly let down by veg taking a little longer to come out allowing the meat and gravy to cool.
Overall, I will certainly return. I'd like to try what appeared to be a good selection of beers on tap and definitely for the food.
Great representation of a classic English pub where community and visitors can enjoy conversation, food, ambiance. The large outdoor area is great for gatherings and children's events. I highly recommend enjoying a refreshing pint of whatever you choose, accompanied with great food and conversations.
We went as a party of 4 for a meal on a Saturday night.
All of the food was delicious with large portions and very attentive service.
However, to our surprise considering the quality of the food and service, there were only two other parties in and so there was very little atmosphere.
I would have no hesitation in returning to sample more of their delicious menu.
What can I say other than "WOW" Absolutely fabulous food and wonderfully lovely staff. Great choice on the menu to suit all tastes. Restaurant and toilet facilities were absolutely spotless. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Great day out with the grandson. loved all the bikes, band was very good food excellent hotdogs by pingle pizzas amazing great atmosphere pity more places around here can't do things like that. Great day well done all who was involved.

I was visiting my girlfriend in Ramsey we decided to try the Cross Keys..
We were made to feel very welcome so we booked a Sunday lunch following day which was great can't fault it.. Hopefully going back very soon.
What a fantastic place. Food was superb, staff were lovely and Gary couldn't help you enough he made me a lovely meal. Loin of cod in blk pepper butter and Scampi!! It was delicious. All really fresh produce.
