This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, featuring various displays in pots and frames plus situated appropriately in Beyond! The service time was fine from the lovely staff and my chicken burger had a proper level of spice with a yummy and fresh taste, like the rest of the food. I also had a refreshing glass of Coke and the seating is comfortable, where cleanliness had been maintained!

Nice food.A Lots of sauce choices. I love the Chicken Wings and corns.
However, choices of drinks are not very much.
All staffs are nice. Quite a lot of space for seating, a good choice for family with kids after having fun at play factore or chill factore.

Went there under covid restrictions which could have been a problem. But no, the service couldn't have been more attentive and friendly and they served up lovely Nando chicken the same as ever. Well done!
PS: If there's a queue you are asked to scan a QR code, with your mobile, fill in your details and then you're alerted when a table is ready. Then you order and pay from your mobile too.

Great meal, the manager on shift was really nice. I way prefer the reduced booking during COVID the restaurant wasn’t packed the food came quick and it was just a good experience.

We where greeted by a girl called Erin, She was so happy, made us feel welcome, explained the ordering system, had a little chat and made full eye contact. She double checked everything was ok and was just great. She made it feel welcoming and more friendly. perfect

Unfortunately bit of a wait for table...starters fine but chicken cold in pitta bread with soggy salad. Our visit was enhanced by your waitress Erin..so helpful nothing too much trouble..handled her customers politely and calmly,
very professional young lady. Nandos is lucky to have the privilege of her services...promotion definitely on the cards...well done Erin.

Fast service, though this is often the case at Nandos in general, clean and no issues with the food. If youve been to one Nandos youve been to them all. And it's handy for visiting after going the Chill FactorE next door.

It wasn't overly busy & the time to deliver food was okay, ordered peri-nase it didn't arrive, ordered sweet potato mash, normal mash arrived, asked for no tomato on the chicken burger, it arrived with chicken, watched a member of staff drop a fork off a plate whilst clearing a table & then watched him kick it along the floor & into the kitchen - on this basis alone I couldn't eat here again - just feels a bit grubby & the staff need to up their game - disappointed �

I didnt like it much we had butterfly burger ,grilled chicken burger all the barms were rock hard and uneatable we had to take chicken off to eat it had we would of had dentist bills if we had eaten the barms wouldnt go again would rather go to tgi fridays

Chicken portions are on small side. I ordered 4 thighs off the bone and the meat portion was tiny. In fact for a place that specialises in chicken. Which is a cheap meat youd think they'd pile it on

Thoroughly disappointed. Mediocre food, massively overpriced and shocking customer service. Don’t prebook! If you prebook someone has to pay for the entire group. Had to get the manager out to threaten to walk out without paying to get them to take my money. She was rude and argumentative. Not all of the food turned up, but cut my losses and after my encounter with Mrs Trunchball. I don’t stop off at Nando’s usually and won’t be hurrying back after this. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We could choose Nando's in Altrincham or Trafford centre or Trafford Retail Park which we have tried all of them. But Nando's at chill factore seems our choice. I think because it's more open, space out. There used to be a foreign middle aged lady greeting us each time but she wasn't there yesterday. I hope she hasn't left cos she was the best Nando's staff we had come across and we had met 100s

it was dirty & the music was really load, we booked a table for 3pm in the named of SAM which we even spelt of to him.... when we arrived it was in the named of STAN, the table was not ready as they had forgot...... the rice tasted like it was out of a packet

It was a last minute thing and we decided to celebrate us booking a holiday and our youngest in finishing her exams and we all enjoyed the scrumptious food. It all ways makes us feel special when we eat out here as the staff are lovely 👌

This place needs closing down!! There were flies around the table, cobwebs in the lampshade and the table was filthy! Everything just looks neglected. We didn't finish our meals because of the flies and due to the chicken being very dry and 'little tomatoes' mushy. An absolute disgrace!

Love Nando’s but this was the worst ever. Staff didn’t have a clue. Empty tables and no front of house controlling it. Food left on the pass for ages going cold. Go somewhere else

I love nandos, so i am not going to destroy the reputation. However only 3 people were infront of me and yet i had to wait 15mins in the cue. Such a slooooooow service. But food was perfect.
