Five Guys Trafford Retail Park

Small but decent five guys branch, its directly opposite McDonald's, there's not many allocated parking spaces, though I don't think anyone actually checks. Food is usual quality, the staff look like they need a little training in their food prep but it still tastes good. When I visited the floor was really slippery, it's unclear why but the floor state extended all the way to the toilets. Edit: I was contacted by five guys management team who apologised for the condition of the floor and gave me a food voucher which was unexpected. Excellent that they read this review and followed it up.

This is definitely my preferred Five Guys in the area. The staff are invariably lovely, especially when I find myself umming and arring over toppings and sauces. I once had an issue when ordering online, and the staff here went above and beyond to help, making certain that I knew they had logged what happened and even went so far as to offer me a means of reaching out incase I was unable to resolve the problem without evidence. Just brilliant people. Food is delicious as always, never seems to faulter.
