There is a Brilliant atmosphere here and the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is beautiful ..... afternoon tea is amazing and very good value for money I would definitely recommend this place
Visted today with my daughter who's 13. Had lovley pot of tea which was served in vintage pot with appropriate cups saucers. Place had proper vintage feel. Food took a little time to arrive but staff were very friendly and kept us informed that there was a delay. Lovley place and decor was brill, staff couldn't have be more personable and professional.
We took our parents here for there 53rd wedding anniversary and had a afternoon tea. With them being quite particular with there food we found it great there was plenty of choice and we took the scones home for later � it was lovely and relaxing � would definitely recommend and will revisit soon. 5 � much deserved x
What a wonderful Tea Rooms, feels fabulous as you walk in. Wonderful atmosphere staff very attentive even though they where rushed off there feet. We had afternoon tea for two which was a gift from our daughter and son in law. What a variety of sandwiches lovely cream scones jam and proper cream. Variety of cakes and lemon sylabub. Had to ask for bag to take home couldn’t fit in. Tea tasted wonderful best I’ve had in years, husband had coffee of which he enjoyed emensley ( and he’s a fussy coffee drinker). Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea we will be back soon.
Held my daughter’s bridal shower here. Afternoon tea for 11 ladies who had travelled from north, south, east and west of the country to meet here. On arrival the table looked lovely. Wonderful selection of freshly made sandwiches, scones, jellies and tasty morsels. A great stopping off point along the A50 some time again in the future.
Went in on a cold snowy afternoon and had the most amazing beef hot pot! It really was just the thing I needed. The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful.
Our afternoon tea was absolutely amazing. Loads of delicious sandwiches, cakes n the biggest home made scones we've ever seen! We can defo recommend and will b back soon...
I came for lunch with my mum on a busy Saturday a couple of weeks ago. The staff where very friendly, prompt and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We both had the chicken salad which was so yummy, the salad was fresh, the chicken was hot and the dressing was very tasty! All in all a lovely experience and one I'd 100% recommend.

A really quaint tearoom, chilled, friendly, food is excellent.

Fantastic service and food. I cannot recommend the afternoon tea enough. Everything is freshly made and the scones are still warm.
Very good selection of food and a phenomenal array of various types of tea.
Something that would be useful on some of the more obscure blends of tea would be some kind of description of the taste, that way more people might be encouraged to try something new.
My husband and I have been a few times and the meals are always very very good. It's a cute restaurant

Small and friendly. Had a lovely taste homemade Cauliflower soup, husband had sandwiches. Both very good. Not the cheapest place but money well spent.
We popped in today and couldn’t have chosen a better place for tea and tea cakes. Lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. Would really recommend a visit if you’re in Uttoxeter.
