Ignore the bad reviews - this is a good Starbucks. Clean and light, normal speed service, order was accurate (despite asking for a few variations to my drink) and wide selection of food. Visited at 9am on a Saturday.
Just our usual drinks, no food. It was busy but we still got a seat. The staff seemed pleasant enough.
A nice place in a quiet service. The staff are friendly and it has a nice ambience. When the sun is up, it's a fantastic place to sip a nice cuppa of choice. There is enough parking area and there is also a drive through. If it was in my hometown, I would have been a regular there
The regular staff make this branch special. Friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We regularly get our favourite coffees here.
Great stop for coffee. Bright and airy, Pleasent staff. Car park exit confusing but not their fault.

Rather than sit in traffic I took a break for coffee and cake. Was greeted with a lovely warm welcome
and a big smile. The building is just far enough from the road to be nice and quiet with big areas of glass which make it very light and airy. Coffee and cake both delicious

She managed the queue and multiple orders calmly and politely in a speedy manner

Experience in the EG Starbucks franchise OK, given that they'd had a flooding. Thankfully, the main EuroGarages facility at Uttoxeter Services now has better toilets - maybe in response to my previous post?😉
Uttoxeter Starbucks. Wonderful wonderful place been refurbished beautifully lovely and clean happy and helpful staff especially Jess always makes every visit a happy one. I will definitely be back, loved it!
Beginning to think that the Starbucks staff really make this place, I've found them as a whole to be friendly, lovely folk and good at their job, it's a credit to them.
The building clean, tidy and comfortable. Item's on sale "apart from their coffee" that is, not a great selection, expensive for what it is and on the plain side.
