One of my favourite places to visit and have a leisurely stroll around the gardens, sit an read a book and keep an eye out for the little lizards that scurry about basking in the sun, followed by a coffee and cake in the cafe!

The location is amazing. The history of how the place came to exist is very interesting. However the weeds were a bit overgrown in some parts and some bits looked not very well looked after. The Japanese garden and surroundings seem new and better looked after.

This place was amazing I highly enjoyed myself walking around all the wonderful gardens, the big white green house was my favourite with the crazy jungle feel to it.
At the moment gardens world 2 for 1 tickets are OK to use as well.

No lift or easy disabled access other than the slope of the paths. Which on a return journey from the bottom can be very tiresome.
