Wonderful cooking class in a private kitchen. We were introduced to an amazing collection of Vietnamese herbs which our host grows in her garden (incredible in itself!) and we’re given cuttings at the end to grow our own. The dishes were spring rolls, summer rolls and Pho Ga. All delicious and now h
