Stunning meal, myself, and my partner both went off the steak menu.
I had the Argentina and she went Spanish.
Both steaks were perfectly cooked and well presented.

Used to love coming here, but since turning vegan, I've not been at all, I don't think. (I've been vegan for 6 years now). When they brought out a 3 course vegan menu for Christmas, we jumped straight on it, and I suggested it to the entire family. The vegan food was so good, flavours were on point

Excellent and varied menu. Very popular so need to book usually. Staff are always pleasant and if you are querying a dish they are very helpful.

Lovely little British Brasserie restaurant based in the centre of Wakefield, serving well-presented, fine dining cuisine, giving classic dishes a bit of a twist. Gorgeous flavour combinations, very smart venue and good service to be expected here.

Treated to a family Sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed.
We ordered the roast beef medium rare which arrived cooked to our liking. Large portion with all the trimmings.
The staff were friendly and the service was efficient throughout.
Great atmosphere and will definitely return. Recommended.
I usually can't fault this restaurant but on our last visit we were seated near the door. People coming in and out waiting for takeaway orders to be brought to them was annoying, especially when they didn't shut the door. Perhaps a pick-up point round the side or back would work better.
Visited Saturday 20/08/16 lunch menu. Had 3 courses for £15. I would be happy to pay £15 per course. Food was amazing and wouldn't expect this from Wakefield but it's nice to find a decent restaurant in Wakey for a change.
