Superb cafe lovely food and great staff , very polite they make you feel very welcome . The Pensioners special is lovely and very worth the money , roast dinner , cuppa and a dessert . Very Covid friendly screens up in-between every table so you can feel very safe to eat here . All tables sanitized
Called into Als today for lunch. I've been here a few times now since the tea shop has been Als (Not Vals who was a previous owner!) Nice and clean, very friendly, food was tasty, well priced and generous portions! Will be returning when visiting Wakefield again.
One of the best places for sandwiches. Great prices too. Unfortunately not that keen on there coffee. Prefer ground coffee if they used that I would gladly give 5 stars.
