I ordered some Öhlins suspension kit from Cykel House recently. I was impressed with the website which was super easy to use and gave great detail. Ordering was easy, and when the kit arrived I had to wait for a service appointment at my local bike shop to have it fitted.

Had a faulty free hub and main shop wouldn’t fix it even though my bike was under warranty, so thought support the local smaller shops and try Cykel House, turn around was excellent, they happen to have a hub in stock and fitted and was back with me the next day, staff are friendly and happy to answ
Just what i was looking for a local independent bike shop, fitted me in for a gear service and all done within a few hours same day, good price as well. Test ride seems to confirm all fixed now, great service and good people, highly recommended.

Had an emergency problem with my snapped spoke, it was sorted immediately with new tyres fitting. Well happy. Definitely recommend to all mtb lovers.

Brilliant service from these guys on my invisiframe and same day I collected my bike and asked for cranks and pedals fitting no hesitation did it within minutes cannot congratulate them enough on there service well done lads
I’ve used Cykelhouse over a year now for various jobs. Gavin and George are fantastic, they provide a quality service every time. Their knowledge and advise is great. They also have a good selection of products in store. I’d highly recommend anyone to use them.
