Staying locally and saw the sign outside recommending Fish and Chips so I gave it a go. It didn't disappoint, and it was nice to have fresh lemon and tartare sauce served with it . Batter was crispy altho' a little on the heavy side . I also ordered drinks and a dessert ( chocolate mocha tart) wh
A standard Greene King pub, but in a superb position beside the River Thames at Wallingford. Decent food and real ales at realistic prices, but it's the location that makes all the difference!
Recently moved the area. Me and my wife had lunch yesterday, really impressed with the food. The staff where so polite and welcoming. Great atmosphere. We will definitely be regular customers.
Busy pub, very quick food, which was great, I was hungry! 😋 All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel really welcome on a busy Saturday. Will return and recommend it to others!

Lovely outdoor seating right by the river, halloumi fries and chips were lovely as sides. Ordered through the app and drinks were discounted.

First time in Wallingford and a after a couples walk up and down the river followed , we strolled in to the Boat House. We chose a really nice seating area and we looked over the river and see boats turning, parking and travelling along by. The road is a little busy however, we got used to it pretty
Such a lovely little pub right on the Thames. We are always greeted by pleasant staff. Can't recommend higher.
