not happy at all, it was freezing cold AC full on because the Barrista said she gets hot, the coffee was bad and the sandwich was not warmed up properly. could of been a bad day but customer should always take priority. Also the shop in general was very tatty and toilet was a mess. Rant over.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is always pretty clean and tidy nice location not as woke as some other Costas I've come across Could do with a bit better layout on the tables and chairs outside but all round a nice place to stop and get a coffee

Great service but sadly forgot to offer sugar when assisting for wheelchair. Narrow and difficult to traverse past second doorway into 'real' seating area. Couldn't get comfortable due to breeze in gangway. Disabled toilet needed stocking …
